NOTE ON FAMILY REUNIFICATION RIGHTS OF IHAP BENEFICIARIES / PROGRAMME REFUGEES:

The Minister for Justice has recently clarified that the Department of Justice implements a policy whereby programmes refugees, which includes IHAP Beneficiaries, can apply for family reunification under the eligibility requirements and criteria as set out in the International Protection Act 2015.
